For the launch of a revolutionary new chocolate product, market leader Barry Callebaut wanted to organize a very special and exclusive event while still reaching big on a global scale.
Held in Venice, as a nod to the renaissance, the multi-day event offered an incredible in person experience to the lucky few who were invited. We were there to make sure the 40 minute launch event was not only captivating for them, but for online viewers around the world – making sure the news was heard.
Leaving nothing to chance and creating a strong production team helped us to make sure the livestream was flawless, high-end and interesting until the end. The presentations by Barry Callebaut experts were supported by custom created visuals made at their plantation in Ecuador, a factory in France and the Chef’s Academy in Milan.
In the weeks leading up to the event, our team worked on the script, set design and visual concept. At the same time, we coached the speakers to perform at their best.
Being fully prepared and rehearsed, we executed a flawless show. The 40-minute visually compelling launch event was reported in over 150 publications, generating more than 400 million media impressions.
