Although the COVID situation doesn’t allow us to be all together in the same room at the same time. There are various ways to create a great online and offline experience where there is enough room to meet up and be a participant of the event.
What about an online and a hybrid event in one?
For NVIC (Dutch Association for Intensive Care) and Eventex we created a hybrid event with an online vibe and created an interactive livestream for the online audience to watch and participate.
A special day for intensivists. Half of the attendees joined at the conference in Eindhoven, keeping their distance, and the other half joined online by keeping their distance from their screens.
A full day program with lectures, presentations, polls and a live talkshow hosted by Eva Jinek. Special attendees: Ernst Kuipers (Board of LNAZ & Chairman of the Board of Directors at Erasmus MC Rotterdam), Martin van Rijn (Former Health Minister Health), Lennie Derde (Chairman Taskforce COVID-19 NVIC & Assistant Professor UMC Utrecht) and Marion Koopmans (Professor of Virology at Erasmus MC Rotterdam).
