The Renaissance of Cocoa
𝙏𝙝𝙚 𝙍𝙚𝙣𝙖𝙞𝙨𝙨𝙖𝙣𝙘𝙚 𝙤𝙛 𝘾𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙖: 𝙧𝙚𝙙𝙚𝙛𝙞𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙝𝙤𝙬 𝙘𝙝𝙤𝙘𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙞𝙨 𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙚!
Last week our crew landed in Venice for the production of the Barry Callebaut Group global product reveal of their groundbreaking 2nd generation of chocolate: putting cocoa first, sugar last. The new product design is a testimony to nature’s flavors, and to the mindful living consumer, since this chocolate is made of just 2 [Dark chocolate] or 3 [Milk chocolate] ingredients and contains 50% less sugar than the most consumed chocolate across the world.
A hybrid event where top press agencies like Reuters, AP and Bloomberg sat front row to get a first look and taste of the 2nd generation of chocolate. Marveling not only at the deliciousness, but also the cutting edge innovation that’s going to stir up the chocolate industry and chocolate lovers alike.
Through our livestream thousands more worldwide viewers were able to join the spectacle and be the first to hear about what has since then become big news. We are thrilled to have been a part of this sweet ride and congratulations to everyone involved!
