As a Junior Producer at We Are Live, you'll jump into the heart of our production team, tackling end-to-end production tasks for smaller projects and collaborating with colleagues on our biggest projects. This role is a vibrant mix of creative flair, laser-sharp organizational skills, and masterful content management at every stage of our dynamic productions.

- Interest in live production technology, streaming platforms, and emerging technical trends is a significant advantage.
Your skills:
- A Bachelor's degree in Media & Entertainment Management or a related field.
- High level of English proficiency (Dutch is a bonus, but not essential).
- A solid grasp of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Already living in (or ready to make the daily commute) to the Amsterdam area
- 1+ years of experience (internships count!) in a similar role
- A valid driver's license (a plus, but not a deal-breaker)
Your responsibilities:
- Working side-by-side with (Sr.) Producers and industry professionals
- Providing support to the teams during set up, rehearsals and live broadcasts.
- Participating in creative brainstorming and executing ideas
- Content management for local and international productions (scripting, customising graphics, basic video editing, data handling)
- Crafting callsheets and production briefs
- Researching and gathering productional items as needed
