Press Release: We Are Live wins Bronze Eventex Award for D-Day Commemoration Production

Once more, Amsterdam-based live communication agency We Are Live has been awarded for their production of the 80th Anniversary D-Day Commemoration for the American Battle Monuments Commission (ABMC). Today, they won a Bronze Eventex Award at the 2025 international Eventex Awards.

This project stood out for its complexity, historical significance, and intensive collaboration with key partners including the Secret Service, the U.S. Department of Defense, and the White House. Previously, the large-scale production was honored with a Silver BEA World Award (2024) and was nominated earlier this year for the HEAVENT Awards in France.

Prestigious Event Industry Recognition
The Eventex Awards have recognized excellence in the events and experience industry since 2009. This year’s winners were selected from a record-breaking 1,239 entries representing 59 countries across 6 continents. Awards are presented across more than 250 categories, ranging from 'Best Virtual Event' and 'Best Brand Activation' to 'Best Use of Technology' and 'Best Sustainable Event.'

The jury comprises a global panel of leading event professionals, including creative directors, agency leaders, strategists, and brand-side decision-makers. Their combined expertise ensures a thorough and balanced evaluation of each submission.
